Here at New English Teas, we're all about cold brews and creating lovely summer infusions from our range of tea. This Chilled Hibiscus Tea Punch is vibrant, tangy, and sweet, making it a perfect beverage to cool down with on a hot summer day - should we get any! Oh well, there's no harm in being prepared.
Ingredients:
- 8 Rosehip & Hibiscus teabags
- 8 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (or 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (or 1 orange)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1-2 cups sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Orange slices (for garnish)
- Lime slices (for garnish)
- Ice
Instructions:

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Remove from heat and the 8 Rosehip & Hibiscus teabags. Steep for 10 minute and remove the teabags.

Stir in the sugar until dissolved, and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate until well chilled.

In a large pitcher, combine the chilled tea, lime juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
- Before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, orange slices and any other fresh fruit you may have to hand!
- Enjoy!
