Beat the summer heat with this refreshing strawberry iced tea recipe. Made with fresh strawberries, Strawberry Infusions by New English Teas, and a hint of lemon, it's a perfectly more-ish drink to cool down with and enjoy on a hot day. Yum. This recipe makes around five servings, but you'll want most of those for yourself.

Ingredients
1 x Small Punnet of Fresh Strawberries
5 x Strawberry Infusions by New English Teas
75g Sugar
1 x Lemon
500ml Water (just off the boil)
1 x Bag of Ice Cubes
For Serving
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
1. Wash and hull the Strawberries. Keep back a handful, blend the rest.
2. Boil the kettle and steep 4 x Strawberry Infusions in 750ml boiling water for 8 minutes.
3. Remove the teabags, and stir in the sugar, the juice of half a lemon and the blended strawberry puree.
4. Pour over ice, and finish with a couple of chopped strawberries and a few mint leaves in the top.
5. Relax.
